This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Brazil Série A for the 2026 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Brazil Série A for the 2026 season per the rules of Brazil Série A (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Brazil Série A; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026 Série A runner-up market reflects a tightly bunched field, with Chapecoense priced at 45% and a cluster of clubs including Red Bull Bragantino, Athletico Paranaense, Cruzeiro, São Paulo, Palmeiras, Flamengo, Fluminense, Bahia, Coritiba, Grêmio, Corinthians, Vitória, Mirassol, Botafogo, Vasco da Gama, Santos, Internacional, Atlético Mineiro, and Remo all trading between 41.5% and 42.5%. This pricing captures the competitive dynamics of a 38-round campaign with roughly 14 matches remaining after the mid-season World Cup break. Palmeiras leads the table on 51 points from 24 games, but the chase for second remains open among teams separated by just a handful of points in the upper and mid-table, where results, squad depth, and fixture congestion can quickly shift standings. Recent form across the group, including draws and narrow wins, has prevented any single side from establishing a decisive edge in trader consensus for the final runner-up spot.
