This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations per the rules of CAF (e.g., they are eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from CAF; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The closely bunched probabilities around 50% for numerous African national teams reflect deep parity across the continent's soccer landscape for AFCON 2027. Strong squad depth in nations such as Senegal, Nigeria, Morocco, Egypt, Ivory Coast, and Algeria, combined with competitive qualification campaigns and recent international form, keeps multiple contenders viable. Historical AFCON success, emerging talents, coaching stability, and head-to-head trends in qualifiers further balance the field, while factors like travel demands, player availability, and group-stage matchups in the expanded tournament add uncertainty that sustains tight trader consensus on outcomes.
