Bayern Munich enter the 2026-27 Bundesliga campaign as clear frontrunners for another title and near-certain Champions League qualification, building on back-to-back titles, a dominant 2025-26 points haul, and early Supercup success under Vincent Kompany. Borussia Dortmund’s consistent European pedigree and defensive record position them as the strongest challengers for a top-four finish, while Bayer Leverkusen target a return to the league phase after a disappointing prior season under new coach Carles Martínez. RB Leipzig, VfB Stuttgart, and Eintracht Frankfurt also vie for the remaining spots amid squad turnover and European commitments. Promoted sides and mid-table teams face steeper barriers, with form, key transfers, and fixture congestion likely shaping the final qualification picture by May 2027.

Resolution is based on the competition to which the listed team is allocated by the final 2026-27 Bundesliga standings, the 2026-27 domestic cup results, and the 2026-27 UEFA competition winners. A place obtained by playing and advancing through the UEFA qualifying rounds held after the domestic season does not count, and movement between competitions caused by those qualifying rounds has no bearing on resolution.
Once it becomes mathematically impossible for the listed team to earn a 2027-28 UEFA Champions League place by these routes, the associated market will immediately resolve to "No".
If the 2026-27 Bundesliga season is cancelled or postponed past June 6, 2027, 11:59 PM ET such that the 2027-28 UEFA Champions League places cannot be determined, this market will resolve to "No".
The resolution source for this market will be official information from UEFA and/or the Bundesliga; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
