This market will resolve to the player who scores the most goals through all phases of the 2026-27 Liga MX season (excluding friendlies and exhibitions). Only goals scored in Liga MX matches will count. Goals scored in other competitions (e.g., Campeon de Campeones, CONCACAF Champions Cup, Leagues Cup, international matches) will not count for this market. Goals scored during the Apertura, Clausura and Liguilla will all count toward this market's resolution. If multiple players tie for the top goal scorer, this market will resolve to the tied player who scores fewer goals from penalty kicks during all phases of the 2026-27 Liga MX season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with the higher xG during all phases of the 2026-27 Liga MX season. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player whose last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026-27 Liga MX season is canceled or not completed by June 27, 2027, the market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official statistics from Liga MX. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026-27 Liga MX top goalscorer market shows a wide-open field early in the Apertura, with no dominant frontrunner after five matchdays and implied probabilities clustered tightly among established forwards and emerging options. Recent scoring leaders like Salomón Rondón and Lucas Ocampos sit at five goals each, while players such as Juan Brunetta, Juninho, João Pedro, Armando González, and Paulinho bring proven finishing from prior campaigns alongside current contributors like Robert Morales, Kevin Castañeda, and Óscar Estupiñán. Liga MX’s high volume of attacking opportunities, fluid rotations, and balanced squad depth across multiple clubs keep the race competitive, as consistent minutes, set-piece involvement, and team form can quickly shift tallies over the full season. Trader consensus prices this uncertainty by spreading value across a deep pool rather than consolidating on any single name.
