**Cupid Esports enters the August 28 NACL 2026 Summer Playoffs BO3 against Maryville University with strong recent momentum, including a 2-0 regular-season sweep of the same opponent on July 31.** The org roster—featuring Horder, Music, Ablazeolive, Mobility, and Breezy—has posted a 4-1 group-stage record and followed it with a 2-0 playoff win over Conviction, reflecting consistent execution across lanes and objective control. Maryville, a collegiate program with multiple prior national titles, finished the NACL Summer group stage near .500 and relies on a rotating roster including Crimson, Niles, AoJune, ScaryJerry, Spirax, and Obstinatus. The prior H2H demonstrated Cupid’s edge in macro and teamfight execution against Maryville’s setup. With the series occurring in the upper bracket, rest, draft adaptability, and individual form from the most recent matches will likely shape outcomes in this best-of-three format.

The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://gol.gg/esports/home. However, if https://gol.gg/esports/home has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence.
In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
