This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is determined as the champion of the NHL for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to be named as the champion of NHL for the 2026-27 season per the rules of NHL (e.g., participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the NHL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The NHL's 2027 championship market reflects broad parity across the league, with no single team exceeding a double-digit implied probability and the field remaining tightly bunched. Carolina, Colorado, and Florida sit at the front of trader consensus around 10.5 percent each, followed closely by Edmonton and Vegas, as recent regular-season finishes, playoff experience, and off-season roster adjustments keep multiple clubs in striking distance. Factors such as depth at forward and defense, goaltending stability, and schedule strength contribute to the compressed odds, while younger cores and cap flexibility position several lower-priced teams with realistic paths to contention. The absence of a dominant favorite underscores how minor differences in health, trades, and in-season momentum can quickly reshape the race over an 82-game schedule and postseason.
