The primary resolution source will be official announcements from the Superettan (Sweden) and Allsvenskan (Sweden). A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.IFK Norrköping leads the 2026 Superettan standings with 44 points from 20 matches and a +26 goal difference, nine points clear of Falkenbergs FF, after recent relegation from Allsvenskan. The top two finishers earn direct promotion to the 2027 Allsvenskan, with third place entering promotion play-offs. Norrköping’s experienced squad and dominant early form position them as the frontrunner, while mid-table sides like Varbergs BoIS, Östersunds FK, and Nordic United compete for play-off spots amid a compressed schedule that includes a summer break and 30 total rounds ending in November. Relegated Allsvenskan sides Östers IF and IFK Värnamo sit lower, adding depth to the promotion race.
