Ronaldo's two-year contract extension with Al-Nassr through June 2027 anchors trader sentiment, reinforced by his August 2026 comments naming the current Saudi Pro League campaign as "probably my last year" while targeting a 1,000-goal legacy. At 41, the forward has shown no credible interest in MLS moves or returns to Europe, with prior speculation quelled by the lucrative extension and ownership stake reports. The absence of Al-Nassr from the market leaves a fragmented field where Vancouver Whitecaps FC leads listed options at just 3.0% amid negligible supporting developments. Minor differentiation among MLS sides reflects generic roster-building interest rather than any confirmed links, while Sporting CP and Real Madrid sit near zero due to age, competitive level, and Ronaldo's established Saudi commitment.
