Borussia Dortmund’s league-best defensive record from 2025-26, when they conceded the fewest goals and posted the highest clean-sheet rate, underpins their narrow lead in trader pricing, while Bayern Munich’s resources, continuity under Vincent Kompany, and strong underlying metrics keep them within striking distance. Bayer Leverkusen, VfB Stuttgart, RB Leipzig, and several mid-table sides including Augsburg and newly promoted outfits share comparable implied probabilities because defensive outcomes hinge on goalkeeper form, squad depth, fixture congestion from European commitments, and minor injury or tactical shifts that remain difficult to forecast this early. The tight clustering reflects broad consensus that no single team holds a decisive edge in shutout consistency across a full Bundesliga campaign.
