Aurora Gaming enters the BLAST Open Porto Group A lower-bracket matchup as the clear favorite against DENDELE CS, buoyed by a higher global ranking near 11th and a more experienced international roster featuring players like XANTARES and kyxsan. Both squads dropped into the BO3 after opening-round losses on August 26—Aurora falling 0-2 to G2 with standout AWP play from r1nkle, and DENDELE swept 0-2 by top-ranked Spirit on Ancient and Cache. DENDELE, the rebranded former Sharks Esports side ranked around 28th-33rd with a Brazilian core, has shown competitive map wins in recent regional events but faces a steep talent and form gap against Aurora’s stronger recent results in majors and tier-1 events. Map pool familiarity and individual consistency will shape the series outcome in this double-elimination setting.

In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
