**Ajax leads the market at 50% implied probability due to its extensive summer defensive overhaul, including the returns of Daley Blind and the arrival of goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen on loan, alongside reinforcements such as Caio Henrique.** These moves build on Ajax’s solid 2025-26 record of just 40 goals conceded and 11 clean sheets. Several clubs sit tightly grouped between 43-45%, including Twente, Go Ahead Eagles, SC Cambuur, Willem II, AZ, and others, reflecting pre-season parity among sides with proven defensive structures or targeted reinforcements. Mid- and lower-table teams often maintain compact organizations that generate clean sheets even against stronger attacks. PSV (37.5%) and Feyenoord (30%) trail despite their pedigree, as their high-pressing styles prioritize scoring over shutouts. With the season only a few weeks old and 34 matchdays remaining, historical trends and squad depth keep outcomes closely contested among the top group rather than dominated by any single side.
