This market will resolve to the player who scores the most goals during the 2026-27 Premier League season. Only goals scored in Premier League matches will count. Goals scored in other competitions (e.g., domestic cups, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, international matches) will not count for this market. If multiple players tie for the top goal scorer, this market will resolve to the player whose last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026-27 Premier League season is canceled or not completed by June 14, 2027, the market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official statistics from Premier League. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Erling Haaland enters the 2026-27 Premier League campaign as the clear market leader for top goalscorer after claiming his third Golden Boot in four seasons with 27 goals for Manchester City in 2025-26. His consistent output—112 Premier League goals across 132 appearances—stems from a central striker role in a high-possession attack that creates repeated high-quality chances, even amid a managerial transition. Recent summer transfers across the league, including major moves at Chelsea and Liverpool, have reshaped attacking lines, but no challenger matches Haaland’s proven finishing rate or minutes in a title-contending side. João Pedro’s 15% implied probability reflects his 15-goal debut campaign at Chelsea, while Alexander Isak’s lower standing follows a limited 2025-26 return after his Liverpool move. Igor Thiago, Cole Palmer, and others trail further based on 2025-26 tallies and current squad roles, with traders pricing the Norwegian’s edge as the dominant factor entering matchweek one.
