This market will resolve according to the team that is declared as the AFC South division champion for the 2026 NFL regular season. If multiple teams tie atop the division, this market will resolve according to the official tiebreak procedure of the NFL. If the 2026 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 17, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared for this division within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Texans' elite defense, anchored by returning standouts like Will Anderson Jr. and Derek Stingley Jr., underpins their 45.5% implied probability as AFC South frontrunners entering 2026.** Houston posted the NFL's top total defense in 2025 and returns most starters, creating a high floor even if C.J. Stroud's passing game shows inconsistency after 2025 regression. Jacksonville's 26.5% reflects Trevor Lawrence's dual-threat production and coaching stability under Liam Coen, though running back depth questions after Travis Etienne's departure temper expectations. The Colts at 21.5% factor in Daniel Jones's return from injury alongside Jonathan Taylor's workload, while the Titans' 6.5% aligns with a rebuilding phase centered on Cam Ward amid roster turnover. Recent preseason and early schedule outlooks highlight how defensive execution and quarterback efficiency will shape the division race.
