The Seattle Seahawks enter the 2026 NFL season as defending Super Bowl champions with a largely intact roster featuring established talent across offense and defense, while the Arizona Cardinals face significant roster turnover after releasing quarterback Kyler Murray and installing a new coaching staff. Projections peg Seattle for double-digit wins and the Cardinals near the bottom of the league standings with limited winnable games. The teams meet twice—Week 2 in Arizona and Week 9 in Seattle—with early betting lines showing Seattle favored by double digits in both contests. Trader consensus reflects the Seahawks' clear talent and experience edge, tempered by the possibility of a split given the two-game format and inherent NFL variance.
