The 2026/27 UEFA Europa League league phase begins September 16 with 36 clubs each contesting eight matches, creating a wide-open contest for the most clean sheets. Trader consensus clusters tightly around 45–50% for a broad group of sides because fixture difficulty varies sharply—established defensive units such as Bayer Leverkusen, Juventus, AC Milan, Olympiacos, and Real Sociedad face mixed home-and-away tests against both elite attacks and lower-ranked sides, while mid-table and emerging clubs like AZ Alkmaar, Viktoria Plzeň, and Union SG hold comparable records in recent European campaigns. No matches have been played yet, so probabilities reflect squad depth, goalkeeper stability, and pre-season form rather than current results; any early defensive lapses or key absences could quickly shift implied probabilities across the field.
