This market will resolve according to the team that is declared as the AFC West division champion for the 2026 NFL regular season. If multiple teams tie atop the division, this market will resolve according to the official tiebreak procedure of the NFL. If the 2026 NFL regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 17, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared for this division within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the NFL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The AFC West title race remains tightly bunched entering the 2026 season because the Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Chargers, and Denver Broncos each project for roughly nine to ten wins amid a deep division with no dominant favorite. Patrick Mahomes' return from a torn ACL creates the biggest variable for the Chiefs after their first playoff miss in over a decade, while the Broncos build on last year's 14-3 campaign and AFC Championship appearance under Sean Payton, bolstered by additions like Jaylen Waddle but facing questions around Bo Nix's ankle recovery. The Chargers gain offensive upside from new coordinator Mike McDaniel and Jim Harbaugh's coaching stability, though offensive line injuries and a brutal schedule temper expectations. The Las Vegas Raiders trail far behind as a rebuilding club.
