Malcolm Todd’s “Earrings” commands overwhelming trader consensus at 100% implied probability for the #2 U.S. Spotify song the week of August 28, reflecting its sustained multi-million daily streams, strong playlist rotation, and consistent top-three positioning amid competition from newer releases. The track, originally from the 2024 mixtape Sweet Boy, benefited from earlier TikTok virality and radio push that kept it in heavy rotation even as other tracks debuted. Its momentum is reinforced by historical chart patterns showing enduring streams for similar breakout singles. An upset remains possible if a late-week surge from tracks like Choosin’ Texas, oh yeah?, or Olivia Rodrigo cuts narrows the gap before the weekly tally locks, or if streaming anomalies shift the final ranking.
