The tight clustering of implied probabilities around 44–49.5% for the Italian Grand Prix fastest lap reflects Monza’s unique demands for low-drag aerodynamics, strong power-unit output on long straights, and effective tire management in high-speed sectors. Mercedes retains an overall constructors’ lead and historical Monza strength, yet recent Dutch Grand Prix results showed McLaren gaining significant ground through upgrades, prompting driver comments that the silver cars no longer hold the outright pace edge. Ferrari’s planned ADUO-2 engine evolution and dedicated low-downforce package for its home race add further uncertainty, while Red Bull’s benchmark internal-combustion engine and customer teams create additional variables. With Antonelli facing a grid penalty and multiple squads introducing targeted developments, no single constructor holds a decisive advantage in the current form and regulatory environment.
