The closely matched projected win totals and roster profiles for the AFC South contenders make a series split the leading outcome in trader consensus for the Texans-Jaguars season series. Houston’s elite defense, anchored by standouts like Will Anderson Jr. and Derek Stingley Jr., faces off against Jacksonville’s balanced attack featuring Trevor Lawrence and a top-tier receiving group, with both clubs projected for roughly nine wins and similar playoff odds. The October 18 matchup in London and December 20 home game for Houston add scheduling variables, while recent preseason results and stable coaching staffs have not shifted the outlook significantly. Historical splits in prior seasons further support the even implied probabilities reflected in current pricing.
