Recent CPI and labor market releases have reinforced expectations for limited acceleration, with wage growth and services activity providing some support but offset by softer manufacturing and consumer spending data. Forward-looking indicators, including PMI surveys and retail sales trends through August, align with this range while highlighting downside risks from global trade frictions. Key upcoming releases, including September employment figures and the BoE's next policy statement, could shift probabilities ahead of the official GDP print.
