**Despite earning 13 Emmy nominations for its dark comedy limited series run—including Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series and supporting acting bids for Jason Bateman, Linda Cardellini, and David Harbour—trader consensus heavily favors “DTF St. Louis” securing just 0-1 wins at the September 14 ceremony.** The HBO project earned solid precursor recognition, such as a Gotham win and Astra acting nods, plus strong reviews for its quirky Midwest murder-mystery tone and cast chemistry, yet faces a crowded field of frontrunners with broader industry momentum. Historical patterns show limited series rarely sweep multiple categories without dominant guild or critics’ circle sweeps. An upset producing 2+ wins would require unexpected sweeps in acting or creative arts categories driven by late momentum or split votes among stronger contenders.
