**Hacks** enters the final days of 2026 Emmy voting as the most-nominated comedy series ever with 24 nods for its final season, creating strong momentum in acting, writing, directing, and technical categories. Jean Smart’s lead actress bid sits near 90% implied probability after four prior wins, while Hannah Einbinder’s supporting actress chances hover around 50% amid a crowded field. The series itself leads many market odds near 67% but faces credible competition from Apple TV+ newcomer *Widow’s Bay*, whose strong reviews and late surge have prompted expert warnings of a potential upset. Multiple guest and craft nominations add breadth, yet vote-splitting and historical precedent that the most-nominated comedy rarely sweeps limit upside. With final-round voting concluding August 26 ahead of the September 14 ceremony, traders appear to price a modest haul of two or three wins as the likeliest outcome reflecting both its swan-song goodwill and contested races.

This market will resolve according to the number of Emmys won by "Hacks," or by people for their roles in "Hacks," awarded during the live Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony, expected to be held on September 14, 2026. Awards presented at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards (September 5–6, 2026) will not count toward this market's resolution.
