Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. The primary resolution source will be official information released by the CFTC or the respective DCM; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.CFTC advisories from March and July 2026, along with a June proposed rulemaking on public interest reviews, have clarified Regulation 40.2 self-certification rules for event contracts, requiring detailed compliance analyses and rejecting broad templates while supporting aggregate sports outcomes like final scores.
