**Ella Langley's chart dominance and a June 2026 Recording Academy rule change extending Best New Artist eligibility from three to four submissions have positioned her as the clear frontrunner in the Grammys 2027 market.** Her sophomore album *Dandelion* debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, powered by the record-setting country crossover single “Choosin’ Texas,” which delivered historic Hot 100 and country chart runs alongside strong CMA Awards momentum. Sienna Spiro trails as the main challenger, riding her July 2026 debut album *Visitor*, the global hit “Die on This Hill,” sold-out tours, and Brit Critics’ Choice buzz in a soul-pop lane. The wide field of other names remains fragmented with minimal implied probability, reflecting the absence of comparable recent breakthroughs or precursor signals this early in the cycle ahead of November nominations.
