The September 23, 2026, legislative elections for Morocco’s 395-seat House of Representatives remain weeks from the official campaign launch, leaving trader consensus evenly split across numerous parties at 50 percent odds while assigning PAM 40 percent and RNI 38.3 percent. Preparations including voter-list finalization, proxy-voting registration for expatriates, and distribution of polling notices have intensified organizational activity but have not yet produced clear polling leads or major defections capable of shifting momentum. The proportional-representation system, absence of an electoral threshold, and historical pattern of coalition governments continue to support a fragmented outcome in which the top three 2021 parties—RNI, PAM, and Istiqlal—compete closely for the largest seat share that determines the next prime minister. Recent internal party adjustments, such as RNI leadership transition and targeted recruitments by PAM, have maintained competitive positioning without creating decisive separation.
