This market will resolve to "Yes" if Taylor Swift or Travis Kelce announce their intention to divorce, announce a completed divorce, or file for divorce, by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". An announcement of their intention to divorce will be sufficient for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether the divorce later actually occurs, or whether the actual divorce occurs outside of the timeframe of this market. Announcements of separations will not alone qualify. If Taylor Swift or Travis Kelce officially file for divorce without such an announcement, a consensus of credible reporting that the filing has occurred will be sufficient for a “Yes” resolution. The resolution source will be statements from Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, and their official representatives; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s July 3, 2026, wedding at Madison Square Garden, confirmed by Swift’s publicist Tree Paine with details of the Dior couture ceremony and family roles, has anchored the 97.6% market-implied probability against a 2026 divorce. Recent verified reporting from late August shows the newlyweds happily adjusting to married life amid demanding schedules, with insiders noting they “light up” referring to each other as spouses and remain excited about their next chapter. Trader consensus reflects this public stability and short timeframe since the nuptials. Realistic upset scenarios remain limited to unforeseen personal developments, as entertainment outcomes involving private relationships carry inherent unpredictability despite the strong current signals.
