Morocco’s September 23, 2026, legislative elections for the 395-seat House of Representatives remain closely contested among the three parties in the incumbent coalition. Trader consensus shows PAM and RNI nearly even at the front, followed by Istiqlal, reflecting a fragmented field where local candidate quality, regional lists, and proportional representation favor no single dominant force. Recent reports highlight PAM’s improving organization and recruitment momentum, RNI’s established campaign machinery despite leadership transitions, and Istiqlal’s traditional base, while polls indicate widespread voter distrust and large numbers of undecideds. These dynamics, combined with coalition tensions and the absence of reliable national polling, sustain the tight probabilities ahead of the official campaign start.
