Recent National Weather Service and local forecasts indicate scattered thunderstorms over Denver on September 7, 2026, with daytime highs centered near 89°F after several days of upper-90s readings. This cooling stems from increased cloud cover, higher humidity, and modest southeasterly flow that limits full solar heating at the city’s 5,280-foot elevation. Ensemble guidance shows limited spread around this value, supporting the market’s heaviest weighting on the 90–91°F bin and secondary liquidity on 88–89°F and 92–93°F. Official resolution will rely on the 24-hour maximum at Denver International Airport, with the next model cycle and afternoon observations expected to refine the final range before sunset.
