Recent National Weather Service and ensemble model guidance points to a minimum temperature of 54–55°F in Seattle on September 8, aligning with the market's leading 39% implied probability. Clear skies under high pressure, light northerly flow, and radiational cooling overnight are expected to produce dew points near 12–13°C with minimal cloud cover or marine influence to moderate temperatures. This matches the long-term average low of 54.4°F for the date and follows recent observations of 52–57°F minima amid stable early-September conditions. Model spread introduces modest uncertainty, supporting the 25–30% probabilities assigned to both cooler (50–53°F) and warmer (56°F+) bins, though no major forecast shifts have occurred in the past 48 hours. Updated runs and official NWS briefings ahead of the overnight period will provide the next key data points for resolution.
