Official forecasts from the National Weather Service and supporting models indicate a daily high of 75°F for Central Park on September 6, driven by northeasterly flow, increasing cloud cover, and light drizzle that limit daytime heating below the 1991–2020 average of 79.5°F. Current observations near 74°F mid-afternoon align with this trajectory, with minimal model spread supporting a narrow range. Traders have concentrated implied probability on 74–75°F at 84% as resolution nears via the official NWS preliminary climatological data, while lower-probability bins reflect residual uncertainty from any late-day clearing or measurement adjustments.
