Recent National Weather Service and NOAA model consensus points to a minimum temperature of 66-67°F in Los Angeles on September 6, driven by a persistent marine layer and extensive cloud cover that limits radiational cooling overnight. This aligns with early September climatology at stations such as LAX, where average lows hover near 64°F and recent days have recorded minima of 64-67°F amid similar conditions. Trader consensus at 93% implied probability reflects this forecast stability, with only modest uncertainty from potential model shifts. Clearer skies or stronger offshore flow could allow greater cooling and push readings below 65°F, while unexpected warming would favor higher bins.
