Gubernatorial elections are currently scheduled to be held in Nuevo León on June 6, 2027. This market will resolve according to the listed candidate who wins the 2027 Nuevo León gubernatorial elections. Any interim or caretaker Governor will not qualify. If the results are not known definitively by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other”. This market will resolve based on the results of this election, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve solely based on official results as reported by government sources of Nuevo León and Mexico, including the Electoral Institute of Nuevo León and the National Electoral Institute of Mexico. The fragmented field for Nuevo León's 2027 gubernatorial race keeps probabilities tightly distributed, with no candidate exceeding 26% in current trader consensus. Recent June-July 2026 polls show Movimiento Ciudadano and Morena leading party identification in the mid-20s to low-30s, while internal surveys highlight Luis Donaldo Colosio Riojas and Mariana Rodríguez Cantú as frontrunners within MC, Adrián de la Garza Santos consolidating support inside the PRI, and Waldo Fernández González, Tatiana Clouthier Carrillo, and Andrés Mijes Llovera competing in Morena's seven-candidate process set for polling-based resolution. Discussions of a PRI-PAN alliance and high undecided shares further sustain uncertainty. Separation could emerge from finalized party nominations, alliance formalization, or shifts in subsequent statewide surveys ahead of the election.
