National Weather Service forecasts and supporting models point to a high near 90°F in Miami on September 7 amid scattered thunderstorms and high humidity, aligning with the market's leading 90-91°F outcome at 52.5% implied probability. Recent observations show daily maxima in the low 90s through early September, but increased afternoon convection and cloud cover on the 7th are expected to cap temperatures, with some guidance showing cooling into the mid-80s once storms develop. This setup favors the 88-93°F range while limiting upside potential beyond 93°F, though shifts in storm timing or intensity could still adjust the peak within the forecast window.
