Recent polling averages place Sweden's Social Democrats (S) at 30.7% ahead of the September 13 parliamentary election, with individual surveys from Indikator Opinion, Demoskop, and Ipsos ranging from 30.3% to 31.3%. S support has followed a downward trajectory since late 2025 amid a tightening race where the opposition bloc's lead over the Tidö government parties and Sweden Democrats has halved since June. Campaign focus on cost of living, crime, immigration, and energy has coincided with modest gains for Moderates and Sweden Democrats. These trends underpin trader consensus favoring the Under outcome at 74.5% implied probability, reflecting consistent evidence that S is unlikely to exceed the 31% threshold on election night.

Over
This market will resolve to “Over” if Swedish Social Democratic Party (S) wins at least 31% of all valid votes in the specified election
This market will resolve to “Under” if Swedish Social Democratic Party (S) wins less than 31% of all valid votes in the specified election
This market will resolve solely based on the percentage of valid votes won by the specified party, defined as the number of valid votes won by the specified party divided by the total number of valid votes in the specified election.

This market will resolve based on the results of this election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the Swedish government, specifically the Swedish Election Authority (Valmyndigheten) (https://www.val.se/).
