If the result of this election isn't known by March 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, the market will resolve to "Other". This market will resolve based on the result of the election, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the Office of the Electoral Commission of Samoa (https://www.oec.gov.ws/; https://www.facebook.com/oecsamoa).A fragmented field of more than a dozen candidates, including independents and nominees from FAST and HRPP, has produced closely matched trader odds ahead of the September 18 by-election in Samoa’s Vaimauga 3 constituency.
