**Forecast models from the National Weather Service and major outlets converge on a high near 101°F for Dallas on September 8 under persistent high pressure, producing sunny skies, light southerly winds, and heat indices above 105°F.** This places the 100-101°F bin at the top of trader-implied odds (40%), ahead of 102-103°F (23.5%), consistent with the latest runs showing afternoon peaks in that narrow range. Above-average warmth continues after a stretch of 100°F+ days, though slight model spread on peak mixing or timing keeps a modest probability on the adjacent bins. Resolution hinges on the official daily maximum at the primary observing site, with little rain expected to alter surface heating.
