Flavio Bolsonaro maintains a commanding lead in Acre for first place in the October 4 first-round presidential vote, backed by consistent state-level polling that places him at 42-51% against Lula at 24-30% and all other candidates in single digits or lower. The senator from the Liberal Party benefits from the state's established conservative electorate, which favored Jair Bolsonaro in both 2018 and 2022, and aligns with priorities such as public security and agribusiness. Recent surveys, including Quaest fieldwork completed August 26, confirm his position with 77% of voters describing their preference as firm. Other contenders, from Ronaldo Caiado to Pablo Marçal and smaller-party names, show no measurable path to overtake him in the northern state under current conditions. Late developments such as turnout shifts or unexpected national events could theoretically narrow the gap, though historical patterns and recent data indicate limited room for such movement before voting.
